Our studio is well-equipped and well-lighted. We have ten electric potter's wheels, a clay slab-roller, a wall-mounted clay extruder and two kilns. We are using a mid-range stoneware clay that is fired in oxidation or reduction to cone six. There is a small studio reference library available to students and staff.

Beginning in July, 2009 we will add reduction firing at cone six to our technical range. Our new studio [photos here soon] has a kiln room with two new kilns - one gas-fired and the other a programmable electric kiln. We are also now air-conditioned.
